Hollandaise Sauce

4 oz Butter
2 Egg Yolks
1 tbs Lemon Juice
1 tbs Water
1/4 tsp salt

Melt Butter - Do not brown
Remove from Heat
Mix rest of ingredients in blender
Spoon out bubbles from butter
Add butter to running blender
