Brie Fondue

8 oz Brie Cheese
1 tbsp Flour
3/4 cup Dry White Wine
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Brandy (Apple or Berry variety)

Cube Brie and toss with flour until coated
Heat 1/2 cup White Wine in fondue pot (medium-low)
Slowly add Brie while stirring
Do not let mixture boil
Add Brown Sugar and Cinnamon and continue stirring
Stir in Brandy

To Dip:
Italian Bread (or any crusty bread) cut into bite-sized cubes
Angel Food Cake, Apple Slices, Orange Slices, Ladyfingers
