Cheese Fondue Recipes

Traditionally cheese fondue is made with Gruyeye and Emnenthaler but in some newer recipes, anything goes. A good recipe to start with is Classic Cheese Fondue but be sure to try some of the new variations that include mozzarella, blue cheese or even brie.
